I made some progress today. Mostly as a result of studying the maxima manual – This language is relatively new to me.

I’ve come to understand what causes the symptoms I was getting. In digging into it I have (hopefully temporarily) broken some other things. I haven’t spent much time on it lately. Busy reading and watching NetFlix.

I’m working on the maxima version again. That is a ruby program to generate a maxima program to solve a system of ordinary differential equations numerically.
